Random guessing on the NREMT  practice exam is never a good idea. If you don’t know the answer right away, try to eliminate one or two of the choices. On our practice tests, if you’re not sure, or if the question has new information that you haven’t seen before, eliminate the answers you know are wrong so you can have a 50/50 chance of getting it right.

When do I get the score for my practice test?

Your score is constantly displayed. Before you begin, the numbered grid in the upper left corner of the computer screen is grey. As you take each NREMT practice test, just look at the grid to see how well you are doing. Each grey square in the grid will turn green or red, depending if your answer to the question is right or wrong. With each question, the squares of the grid will turn green with your correct answers or red with the incorrect ones.

Where do these questions come from?

These real estate practice questions resemble those on the NREMT Exam. We designed them to simulate the real exam provided by the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Many of the questions were created users who support our mission and by recent test takers who report actual test questions to our team. If you see any copyrighted material, please let us know ASAP so we can remove the  test question.

Is there a passing score for the practice tests?

We’ve set the passing score for the practice tests at 80%. The real estate exam is a pass/fail examination, designed to determine if you have an entry-level knowledge of real estate. While we can’t promise that getting 80% or higher on the  practice tests guarantees that you will pass your NREMT test, you will have an indication of subjects that you know, as well as those that need more study.

I don’t understand a question or agree with an answer?

We’re always glad to hear from our users. If a question can be improved or corrected, please let us know. Send us an email at NREMTHELP@gmail.com. We review all comments and respond to users as soon as possible.

How can this material help me study?

Research shows that practice tests are valuable tools in helping you prepare to sit for your NREMT Exam. They can decrease anxiety about test-taking: the more practice tests you take, the better you become at reading the questions and developing a strategy for choosing the best answer. They also identify your areas of strength and weakness. We recommend a regular study schedule, starting 1 – 2 months before your examination.

How are the practice tests arranged?

When we first started, we split the practice tests into 10 different sections, we quickly found it was overwhelming for the test taker. Therefore, we’ve combined many of the topics based on our proprietary data scrapers. We know exactly what a student is struggling with and can feed him or her specific questions to help them overcome their weaknesses.  Each category includes practice tests that cover the subcategories. We also plan to offer tests that will take all the questions in the future.

What happens if I get a question wrong?

If the answer is correct, you will see a green checkmark and can go to the next question. It it’s wrong, you will see a red “x” and the correct answer. The rationale for the correct answer will also show, so you can read it and find out more. Taking notes on the questions you need to study will reinforce your learning.

Do I need to register to access the tests or the results?

No. You don’t need an account to access our NREMT practice tests or the results. You are free to come and go as you please until you are ready. No usernames or passwords to remember!

Can I take the NREMT practice tests multiple times?

Absolutely!  Each time you retake any of the tests, the questions and options will automatically shuffle into a different order. Random ordering is a proven learning method.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
